AJ Fausto

AJ Fausto is a passionate storyteller with a lifelong commitment to the art of film and theater. As the Co-Founder, Lead Writer, and Lead Director of 4 Men and a Camera Films, AJ has been crafting compelling narratives and bringing them to life since founding the company in September 2024 alongside their talented team at Eastern Suffolk BOCES.

AJ’s journey into filmmaking began in childhood with a love for storytelling that evolved into a tangible passion in 2021, when they wrote their first feature film script—a project they aspire to produce in the near future. In addition to filmmaking, AJ is deeply rooted in theater, with experience both on stage and behind the scenes. Their notable performances include portraying Lurch in Broadway Night 2023 and a Shark in their high school’s 2024 production of West Side Story. Currently, as an assistant stage manager for the 2024-2025 school year, AJ continues to bridge the worlds of theater and film, recognizing the unique power of both mediums to create transformative stories.
